There was chaos in the Gyaspura area of Ludhiana on Tuesday morning when gas started leaking in a factory in the area. After the gas leak, all the workers working inside the factory ran outside and immediately informed the administration. Five laborers have fainted due to this leak.
As soon as the information was received, the health department team, fire department teams, and police administration team reached the spot. The entire surrounding area was sealed by the police so that no person could face any problems due to the gas leak.
According to the information, oxygen is prepared in Veltech Industry in the Gyaspura area. The tanker of CO2 gas arrived on Tuesday morning. Suddenly gas started leaking and there was a stampede. After which the factory was vacated, the surrounding area was also evacuated. Officials say that the matter is being investigated. It is too early to say anything before the investigation.
