Whenever a passenger needs medical assistance, they will be provided first aid immediately. Along with this, the railways will maintain coordination with hospitals and health centers so that any patient can be referred immediately if needed.
Railway officials said that observation rooms have been set up at Prayagraj Junction, Prayag Junction, Subedarganj, Naini Junction, and Prayagraj Chheoki stations. Doctors and other medical staff will always be present in these rooms. All the necessary medical equipment will be available here so that quick treatment can be provided to the passengers.
