Mohit Sharma, an IPS officer from Kangra in Himachal Pradesh, has become the second millionaire of KBC season 12.
Thirty years old Mohita says that going to KBC was not her husband's dream.
A few days ago, Nazia Nasim of Jharkhand became the first millionaire of this KBC season.
Mohita Sharma's posting is in Jammu and Kashmir these days. He is posted as ASP in Samba. Their responsibility is to maintain peace and order in this region of Jammu and Kashmir.
Mohita Sharma says, "It was very courageous for me to come to KBC. It was my dream to take the UPSC exam which I wanted to fulfill. It took me five years to make this dream come true. After four years of failure, I tried for the fifth time and then passed the exam. "
Mohita says that in fact, her husband wanted to go to KBC and was trying for it for the last twenty years.
She says, "My husband's dream was to go and play at KBC. He was trying for this for 20 years. But this time my husband told me to try with your mobile. I tried and our journey to KBC started."
Mohita reached KBC with her husband in lockdown
Mohita Sharma is an IPS and her husband Rushal Garg is an Indian Forest Service officer. Both of them were married a year ago.
Mohita says, "We were married on 30 October 2019. After the wedding, our deployment was different. I was in Manipur and it was in Jammu. The KBC episodes were going on in the lockdown in the month of our wedding anniversary. . We both watched together on KBC TV and tried to give the right answer. "
She says, "Both of us had taken the civil service exam, so we knew that some similar questions come up. That is why we both try to solve it. Because of this lockdown, we have to stay together Good luck. I had to go back to Manipur again. Then by the mercy of God, I have changed into Jammu and now both of us are living together. "
Two lifelines and one crore question
It is rarely seen in KBC that you are playing the question of one crore and you have two lifelines left. But Mohita had two helplines left.
She says, "When I was playing for a crore of money, I had two lifelines. The first flip was the question and the second was the advice. I was thinking that I would use the flip Lifeline right now and the Expert Advice would be seven crores. I will use the question but then Amitabh Bachchan Ji said that I can not use any Lifeline for the question of 7 crores. So I used Expert Advice not taking a flip question for 10 crores because Expert Advice is always right And that's what happened to me. "
Happy to win, so sad about this
With the joy of winning one crore rupees, Mohita is also sad to not be able to join hands with Amitabh Bachchan.
She says, 'KBC's atmosphere was very different due to Corona this time. Earlier, when all the contestants came to the show, Bachchan saheb shook hands and hugged us, but this time we were made to sit on our seat before his arrival. We had to greet Amitabh Ji only when the camera was on our side. It was not possible to meet them, shake hands with them. It was a little disappointing to see this, but it was also necessary to do all this.
My parents never let my passion go out
Throughout the show, Mohita Sharma looked confident. Talking about her nature, she says, "I do not like to give up so soon, so I always keep positive thinking. I keep trying till I feel that all the doors are closed. I am the only child of my parents and whatever I am today is due to their hard work. When I could not pass the UPSC examination even after four attempts, I was very broke but my parents lost Did not accept nor let me give up. "
She says, "They would keep the newspaper editorial cut for me every morning and give it to me. If they had come so close, then try one more time. I see when they work so hard for me Why should I not. I used to get excited by thinking this and till today he never let this passion go out. He is very happy about the victory of KBC. My whole family, my mother-in-law is also very happy and congratulations The process of giving is still going on. "
Strict on paper
During the show, Amitabh Bachchan had said that those who are sitting with me are IPS officers but I am not very scared of them.
When Amitabh asked him if he was so soft on duty, Mohita said, "I am hard on paper. I do not compromise where it comes to rules. But I never adopted a macho attitude and neither I will ever adopt. To date, I have neither raised my hand on anyone nor have ever spoken with anyone. I work according to the laws made by the government. "
Mohita gives a message to all women to believe in their dreams, saying, "You have achieved any milestone but keep your feet on the ground and then fill as many flights as you can."
