Madhya Pradesh High Court has stayed the result of MPPSC-2019. Terming the amended rule 17/2/2020 as unconstitutional, the court has ordered to prepare the result again. The order has come on page 89.

The result was challenged by advocates Rameshwar Singh Thakur and Vinayak Prasad Shah including section 4(4) of the Reservation Act 1994 and amendment 17/2/2020. The court was told that the government had brought the amended rules on 17 February 2020. Under the new rule, a rule was made to not include the meritorious students of the reserved category in the general category.
