Musk will auction 265 items of Twitter Headquarters: Most priced at $25 or $50, in online auction from January 17

Elon Musk, who has taken over Twitter, will auction 265 items from the San Francisco headquarters in the new year. The auction will be online on January 17. It houses things like kitchen items, electronics, and furniture like coffee machines. Online bidding will run from January 17 to January 18. The starting price for most items has been kept at $25 or $50.

 

All of these items are also listed on the online site BidSpotter. According to this, the payment will be on cable wire transfer, which will have to be paid within 48 hours from the end of the auction.

 

Coffee machines, ovens, and fridges will also be auctioned

Items up for auction also include two exercise bikes, an espresso machine, a Google 55-inch digital whiteboard display, dozens of chairs, and coffee machines. Nick Dove of Heritage Global Partners, who are watching the auction, told that this auction has nothing to do with Twitter's financial condition. Anyone who thinks so is a fool.

 

Claim – trying to recover from loss and debt

Recently, it was revealed that after taking over the company, Musk is suffering a loss of 32 crores daily. Musk bought Twitter for $44 billion. They also want to make up for it soon. Twitter is heavily in debt. They don't want to rely on advertising to make up for it, so they want to increase revenue through a subscription model. The auction of the properties of the headquarter is also being looked at to compensate for this loss.
