Elon Musk, the new owner of Twitter and the world's richest man, is in fear of being killed. Musk claimed on Saturday that there was a risk of something bad happening to him or even getting shot. In a two-hour-long audio chat on Twitter Space, Musk said that he would not travel in an open car any longer.

Elon Musk said, 'To be honest, there is a big risk of something bad happening to me or even really being shot.' He said "If you want to kill someone it is not that hard to do. Hopefully, they don't and luck smiles with me in every situation, and if it doesn't then there is certainly some risk."

Free speech is very important – Musk

Also during the discussion, Musk talked about the importance of free speech and his plans for Twitter. He added that "at the end of the day, we just want a future where we are not oppressed.

Where our speech is not stifled and we can say what we want to say without fear of retribution". Should be allowed what you want to say.

Controlled speech is the default, not free speech - Musk

The tech billionaire also said that free speech throughout history has been not only common but highly uncommon. So we have to work hard to maintain it because it's such a rare thing and it's not the default by any means". He added, "Controlled speech is the default, not free speech".
