At the same time, according to reports, while clarifying, it is being said on behalf of the examination center operators located in Kollam, Kerala that the bras of the girl students who came to take the examination were taken off by the external investigation agency, the reason behind this is being told to the hook of the bra. . These hooks which are made of metal and start beeping when they come in contact with the metal detector. So it would have been done.

 

NEET Dress Code Controversy: Complaint lodged in DSP office

 

The relatives have complained to the police about this action of the examination center officials. As per the preliminary information about 100 girls faced this condition. A complaint has been lodged in this regard in the office of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kottarakka. According to the examinees, their undergarments were stuffed into boxes and thrown together after the exam on Sunday.

The Marthoma Institute of Information Technology in Ayur Chadayamangalam, Kerala has denied responsibility, saying that searches and biometric tests were conducted by outside agencies. The members of the college management were not involved in this. This may have happened because the bra hooks are metal. At the same time, as per the dress code, students are not allowed to wear metal, any metal object or jewelry, etc. while entering the examination hall. At the same time, according to experts, the advisory of NTA does not talk about bras and undergarments. That is, this method of investigation is completely wrong and against the rules.

At the same time, some Muslim girls at an examination center in Maharashtra have claimed that their burqa and hijab were forcibly removed from them when they reached the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) to appear in the UG examination. Whereas in the guideline, permission was given to wear religious clothes. Some students have expressed their protest against this and have also complained about the matter. Not only this, cases of removing hijab, burqa, and dupatta have also been reported from many other states.
