Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said that he will not allow anyone to be bullied in the Nikita murder case in Ballabhgarh. With this, Vij said that the accused in this case will be heard in the fast track court. He also said that the police have been directed to present the charge sheet in the court in the matter at the earliest. He said that under the influence of Congress leaders 2 years ago, the police had compromised the families, but now they will not allow such bullying.

"Earlier, he had said in a tweet that the Nikita murder case will be conducted in a fast track court so that day to day trial can be conducted and the accused can be punished soon." The Faridabad Police has been instructed to present the charge sheet in the court at the earliest.
Police have arrested two people named Tausif and Rehan in the case. Tausif is the main accused. Apart from this, the police have also arrested Azru, who provided arms to Tausif. Nikita's family has demanded capital punishment for the main accused.
