Judicial infrastructure also plays an important role in this. In the last eight years, work has been done at a brisk pace to strengthen the judicial infrastructure of the country. 9,000 crore rupees are being spent to modernize it.
Virtual courts are being started in the country: PM Modi
PM Modi said that virtual courts are being started in the country under the e-courts mission. The 24-hour court has started functioning for offenses like traffic violations. Video conferencing infrastructure is also being expanded in the court for the convenience of the people.
Right to justice should be given to the weakest of the weak: PM
PM Modi said that this belief in justice makes every countryman realize that the systems of the country are protecting his rights. With this thinking, the country also established the National Legal Services Authority. So that even the weakest of the weak can get the right to justice.
Common citizens should be aware of their rights in the Constitution: PM
