Hamid Ansari News: BJP has once again accused former President Hamid Ansari of calling Pakistani journalist Nusrat Mirza several times during his tenure. Not only this but now a picture has also been released by the BJP, in which the Pak journalist is seen sitting with the former Vice President. Pak journalist Nusrat Mirza had claimed during a discussion on a TV channel that he had visited India 5 times during the tenure of the UPA government. After returning, much sensitive information was given to the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. He claimed that he had come to India at the invitation of the former Vice President and had also met him.

Hamid Ansari had reacted to the political turmoil that broke out after the claims of Pak journalists in the past. He said that all these things are lies. He issued a statement saying that neither any Pakistani journalist was called nor met on his behalf. He had said that the people who came to the program were invited by the Ministry of External Affairs itself. He had no role in this. Now when the BJP has made the allegation again with pictures, there has been another reaction from Hamid Ansari. He said that he stood by his earlier words.

Hamid Ansari said – I stand by my point

On Friday, Hamid Ansari said that I stand by my statement that I have neither called nor met any Pakistani journalist. Showing the picture, the BJP claimed that a Pakistani journalist had attended a conference on terrorism in 2009. Apart from this, a picture of that event was also shown by the BJP. The BJP claimed with the picture that Hamid Ansari is seen sitting with Nusrat Mirza in it. BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia made these allegations by holding a press conference at the headquarters in Delhi.

BJP also raised questions on the intention of Congress

Along with this, he raised the question that people holding constitutional posts should behave responsibly. He should have avoided sharing the stage with Nusrat Mirza. Along with this, attacking Congress also, he said that before the invitation of the guests, intelligence clearance is necessary. He said that according to the official protocol of the people holding constitutional posts, information about the people coming to the programs is collected. He asked whether in such a situation it would not be correct to say that Congress wanted a person to come from Pakistan, who wants to play with the unity and integrity of the country.
