Actually, during the match against Bangladesh, Hardik tried to stop Liton Das's shot with his right foot. During this, he lost his balance and landed wrongly on his left foot. After this, while getting up from the field, he looked in a lot of pain and was limping. Soon the physio was called to the field. During this time, two senior players Virat Kohli and captain Rohit Sharma were also with him. After the arrival of the physio, the match stopped for about five minutes. The physio applied a bandage on Hardik's left leg and also applied a painkiller spray, but it did not provide relief. Hardik got up and tried to bowl again, but he could not.
