PM Modi Gujarat Visit: PM Modi said - India's steel industry is now the world's largest

Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel Plant: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday (October 28) laid the foundation stone of the expansion project of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India at Hazira in Gujarat (Gujarat) for 60 thousand crores. On this occasion, PM Modi while congratulating the people there said that the expansion of this steel plant will not only bring investment but will also open the doors of new possibilities for the future.

 

Prime Minister Modi said that an investment of more than 60 thousand crore rupees will create many employment opportunities for the youth of Gujarat and the country. Today the world is looking at us with great hope. India is moving fast towards becoming the largest manufacturing hub in the world. The government is busy preparing the necessary policy environment for the development of this sector.

 

India becomes the largest steel industry

 

PM Modi said in his address that when the steel sector in the country is strong, the infrastructure sector is strong. When the steel sector expands, then roads, railways, airports, and ports expand. Due to everyone's efforts in the last eight years, India's steel industry has become the world's largest steel-producing industry. There is immense potential for development in this industry.
