Weather Update: Cold will increase in Delhi, there may be heavy rains in these states; Know the condition of your city

Cold has started increasing in many states of North India. At the same time, the process of rain continues in the southern states. There is a possibility of unseasonal rains in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh as well. According to the Meteorological Department, under the influence of Cyclonic Circulation, a low-pressure area has formed over the east-central Arabian Sea adjacent to the southeast and north Kerala and Karnataka coasts.

 

This cyclonic circulation is likely to move in a west-northwest direction off the Indian coast. Fishermen have been advised not to venture near the coast during this period. It has been advised not to go to the Lakshadweep region till the 15th morning. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the southeast Arabian Sea till the 15th evening and into the east-central Arabian Sea from the 14th morning to the 17th morning. Also, day and night temperatures may drop over Northwest and Central India.

According to the Meteorological Department, the cold will increase in the next few days. Due to the Western Disturbance, the effect of snowfall on the mountains is being seen all over North India. In the next two to three days, the minimum temperature may decrease by three to four degrees in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, West Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and West Madhya Pradesh.

 

How will be the weather in Delhi?

According to the Meteorological Department, today, December 14, the minimum temperature in the capital Delhi can be recorded at 8 degrees, and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 26 degrees. Apart from this, there will be fog in Delhi even today. Talking about pollution, AQI 203 was recorded in many areas of Delhi which falls in the poor category.

 

Rain in these states too

 

Light to moderate rain with isolated heavy falls very likely over Tamil Nadu, Lakshadweep, parts of Karnataka, and the southern islands of Andaman and Nicobar. Apart from this, light rain with one or two isolated moderate rains may occur over Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, South Madhya Pradesh, and Goa.
