Union Minister Prad Joshi has sharply criticized Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. Prahlad Joshi accused Kharge of using bad language against PM Modi. In fact, during a rally in Rajasthan, Mallikarjun Kharge had commented on PM Modi claiming that China had entered the Indian border.
Kharge's statement is condemnable
Countering Kharge's statement, Union Minister Prahlad Joshi said, 'He (PM Modi) is the most popular Prime Minister of the country and Kharge should understand what kind of language he is using against him. He is the president of one of the oldest political parties. His use of such vulgar language is condemnable and I strongly condemn it.
Mallikarjun Kharge had asked during a public meeting in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan on Thursday what was the Prime Minister doing when China was entering the Indian border. During this, Kharge used objectionable language for PM Modi. On Kharge's statement regarding China, Prahlad Joshi asked a counter question when China had occupied 34,000 square kilometer area of India in 1962, what was the then government doing? Joshi said that under the BJP government, Indian borders are safe and there has been no encroachment by China or any other country.
'No country can capture even an inch of our land'
Prahlad Joshi said, 'I can say with full confidence that our government will not allow China to enter the Indian border and no country can capture even an inch of India's land.' Prahlad Joshi is contesting from Dharwad seat of Karnataka. Voting for all 28 Lok Sabha seats in Karnataka will be held in two phases on April 26 and May 7.
