Departmental sources said that the post-mortem report has confirmed that 30 to 35 pellets were embedded in the body of the deceased Ram Gopal Mishra.

 

According to sources, pellets have been found embedded in the face, neck, and chest of the deceased. This shows that more than three Bharua cartridges have been fired at him. The deceased has also been shot below the shoulders to confirm the death.

On Thursday, the police surrounded the accused near the Handa Basehari canal on Nanpara bypass. Where there was retaliatory firing between the police and the accused in which two accused were injured. The names of the accused are Mohammad Sarfaraz and Mohammad Taleem. UP ADG Law and Order Amitabh Yash said that after the encounter, all five accused have been arrested. All of them were charged with violence. He said that the accused were trying to flee to Nepal.

 

These accused were arrested by the police.

UP Police stated the matter and said that today five people have been arrested by Bahraich Police in the case of shooting and killing a youth in Maharajganj on Sunday, whose names are Mohammad Fahin, Mohammad Taleem, Mohammad Sarfaraz, Mohammad Hameed, and Mohammad Afzal.
