It is believed that 23-year-old Jugraj, a resident of Van Tara Singh village in Tarn Taran, hoisted the Nishan Sahib flag at the Red Fort during the tractor parade of farmers. Meanwhile, there are reports that Jugraj's parents hoisting the flag have fled the village, leaving their grandparents alone to confront the police and media. Jugraj's grandfather Mehal Singh was excited after the incident on Tuesday, but his enthusiasm turned into fear on Wednesday. In the video, he says the youth, Jugraj Singh of Van Tara Singh village hoisted the Khalsa flag at the Red Fort.
