Access to each other's naval and military facilities was difficult in terms of maritime security, but now the outlook has changed.

Antony Blinken said that we are focused on what is happening in Ukraine as a result of Russian aggression. Not that it matters only to Ukrainians, Ukraine, and Europe, but it matters to the whole world.
