Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Modi and said that PM Modi cannot stand up to President Donald Trump due to the ongoing investigation in the US against the Adani Group. In a post shared on Instagram, Rahul Gandhi wrote, 'India, please understand: Despite repeated threats from President Trump, Prime Minister Modi is not able to stand up to him because of the US investigation in the Adani case.'

He claimed that part of the oil purchased from Russia is being sold in the open market at huge profits.
