Defense Minister Rajnath Singh clarified in a program on Monday that India has no intention of ruling the world. Rajnath Singh said this while referring to a remark by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Speaking about the growing influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Defense Minister said, “I am reminded of something Putin said some time ago. You all know that Russia is technically an advanced country. Russia has progressed slowly in the field of science and technology. Putin once said about artificial intelligence: 'Whoever dominates this field (AI), will rule the world.

The Defense Minister said, "Looking at the way this sector is growing, this possibility cannot be ruled out. But at the same time, I would also like to add that India does not want to rule the world. It is the message that has been given - the whole world is one family. We never intended to conquer the world." "But at the same time we have to further strengthen AI technology in India so that no other country can dominate us," he said.

Rajnath Singh was addressing an event on 'Artificial Intelligence in Defense' in New Delhi. Speaking on the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Army, the Defense Minister said, "Many DRDO Industry Academy Centers have been set up across the country. These centers have a special focus on Artificial Intelligence. Similarly, to promote AI Apps. Many such efforts are being made by the defense sector. The development of artificial intelligence is important for human civilization. Man has proved his superiority by developing it. Artificial intelligence is a revolutionary step in the development of humanity."

During this, Defense Minister Singh also launched 75 AI-powered defense products. Some of these 75 products are already in use by the armed forces. While the rest are in the process of deployment.
