Confusion is on the rise regarding the bodies of those killed in the Bahanga train accident. BMC Commissioner Vijay Amrita Kulange said 33 blood samples have been sent for DNA tests to identify the real members of the family.
Blood samples were sent to AIIMS Delhi

Many people have brought photographs of the bodies of their loved ones from Balasore. The tag number of the photo is also being checked by the AIIMS help desk.
Despite this, the photo is not found in the list. Many of the pictures don't even have tag numbers. Many fake relatives have also arrived as railways are paying ex-gratia for the dead so arrangements have been made for DNA tests to pay ex-gratia along with handing over the dead body of the family to the proper person.
