According to the official, the Nechiphu tunnel at an altitude of 5,700 feet is being constructed on the Balipara-Charduar-Tawang (BCT) road. It is a 500 m long D-shaped, single tube double lane tunnel. The construction work of the Sela Pass Tunnel in the West Kameng district is nearing completion and will be completed in the next five-six months.
