Republic Day Prade 2022: The Defense Ministry has made it clear that the decision has not changed for not including the tableaux of West Bengal and Tamil Nadu in the Republic Day parade 2022. May go. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh himself has made the situation clear by writing a letter to the Chief Ministers of West Bengal and Tamil Nadu. The Defense Minister has made it clear in his letter that the decision to take or not to take the tableaux is taken by a high-level committee consisting of experts from different fields.

Regarding the tableau, a senior official of the Ministry of Defense also clarified that the decision on the tableaux is taken long ago. In such a situation, the decision to include it is not possible now. Let us tell you that this year tableaux of 21 states, union territories, and central ministries (and departments) will be visible on the Rajpath this year.

These states and union territories include Arunachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Goa, Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Punjab, UP, and Uttarakhand. At the same time, the central ministries and departments include the Ministry of Education (with Skill Development), Civil Aviation, Communication (and Postal Department), Ministry of Home Affairs, Urban Development, Textiles, Justice and Law, Jalshakti, and Culture Ministry.

According to the Ministry of Defense, because of the Corona protocol, only five thousand to eight thousand spectators will attend the Republic Day celebrations this year. Last year, about 25,000 people had come to the Rajpath to see this ceremony. But, this time the number has been drastically reduced due to the Covid protocol.

According to the Ministry of Defense, people are expected to watch the parade more on TV, mobile and not to come to Rajpath. This year autorickshaw drivers, sweepers, and covid warriors will be specially invited to sit in the audience gallery of Rajpath. A senior Defense Ministry official said that due to the ongoing construction work on the Central Vista, there will be no problem in the parade.

Considering the weather, this year the parade will start half an hour late so that the flypast can be seen clearly. According to the information received, this year the parade will start at 10.30. Every year the parade used to start at 10 am. This year the Republic Day week will start from 23rd January. January 23 is the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. On the same evening, the Prime Minister will distribute the country's first 'Disaster Management' award at the National War Memorial.
