Politics in Pakistan has again intensified due to the statement given in an interview by former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan. Imran has said that Pakistan is moving towards suicide. If the powerful organization, that is, the army, does not intervene and improve the situation soon, then Pakistan will be divided into three pieces (Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan). Imran said, 'I can give in writing that if action is not taken soon, then the army itself will be destroyed first.'
According to Imran- If the army is weak then it will not be able to protect its nuclear arsenal. Pakistan's treasury has become empty. They (India and the US alliance) are waiting to see when Pakistan breaks up. Imran reiterated that his party would continue the dharna demonstrations until new elections were announced soon. After this statement of Imran, current Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and PPP chief Asif Ali Zardari reacted sharply.
Shahbaz's reply to Imran
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif hit back and tweeted on Thursday morning that Imran has crossed limits. It is clear from such statements of Imran Khan that he could not run the country. Sharif said that Imran may do politics, but remain silent against the country. PPP chief Asif Ali Zardari said that Imran, who wants to destroy the country, should know that Pakistan will continue till doom.
Imran and Zardari's audio goes viral
There is a ruckus in Pakistan's politics over an audio leak. When Imran Khan's government was facing a no-confidence motion, famous businessman Malik Riaz spoke on behalf of Imran to PPP chief Asif Ali Zardari over the telephone. In this, Riyaz had also allegedly offered Zardari a 'bargain' on behalf of Imran.
Imran Khan came to power with the help of the army
