The report said that Russia was successful in 29% of the hacking attempts and in these attempts it was successful in stealing data 7.25% of the time. Ukraine's Defense Ministry said the enemy was moving from multiple directions.

Meanwhile, a report by Reporters Without Borders said that Russian soldiers had murdered Ukrainian photojournalist Max Levin and his friend Oleksiy Chernyshov as part of a conspiracy.
