Photojournalist Max Levine murder plot: report

The war between Russia and Ukraine has been going on for almost four months. Meanwhile, a report by Reporters Without Borders said that Russian soldiers had murdered Ukrainian photojournalist Max Levin and his friend Oleksiy Chernyshov as part of a conspiracy. The report claimed that on March 13, the journalist was murdered in a forest near the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. First Russian soldiers interrogate Max and his friend. Later they were tortured and then murdered.

Between May 24 and June 3, two investigators went to Ukraine to investigate the photojournalist's death. He collected evidence on the spot. The ID cards of Max, his friend, and several bullets were found lying on the spot. The RSF has also identified some Russian soldiers, who they say had taken Max and Oleksiy with them.

The investigator has claimed that the murder of Max and his friend was a well-planned conspiracy. Photojournalist Max Levin had been covering the Russo-Ukraine war from the beginning, clicking pictures of war devastation from several cities during the war.

Max had been missing since March 13, when he was last seen on his way to the village of Huta-Mezhihirska in the Vyshgorod district of the Kyiv region. Max's body was found on April 1. After their death, he was awarded the Order for Courage (3rd class).
