The issue of Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP) also came up in the meeting of India Alliance held in Delhi on Tuesday. On the rumor of Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Ram Gopal Yadav objecting to the meeting regarding inclusion of BSP in India alliance, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Manoj Kumar Jha said that in the presence of SP President Akhilesh Yadav, Ram Gopal Yadav Presented his views in the meeting. Now all these things are in the committee and among the leaders. It is the job of the committee to determine the inclination of people and political parties and then take a decision on it.

Manoj Jha said that Ram Gopal made it clear in the meeting that if BSP becomes a part of India's alliance then SP will separate itself from the alliance. On this, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that we should not pay attention to any kind of rumors. When RJD leader Jha was asked whether his concerns were heard in the meeting, he said that his views were heard and understood and Kharge Saheb said not to give importance to rumors.

Did Lalu and Nitish leave the meeting midway?

Manoj Jha dismissed speculations that Lalu Prasad Yadav and Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal (U) expressed displeasure after some people proposed Kharge's name as the prime ministerial candidate and hence left the meeting. Manoj Jha clarified that no one is angry with anyone.

Manoj Jha said that during the meeting, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee proposed the name of Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge as the Prime Ministerial candidate. Arvind Kejriwal supported the proposal. But Kharge stressed the importance of fighting elections together and said that fighting elections together is our priority. The PM candidate will be discussed after winning the elections. He asked the journalists, have you heard how Kharge ji rejected the proposal? He has expressed in very humble words how important it is for us to fight together.
