Saudi Arabia has lifted a ban on international flights that have been closed since March last year amid the Corona epidemic. Along with this, he has also opened his land and sea borders. Along with providing relief, some conditions have also been imposed. For now, direct or indirect flights to and from Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, and Turkey, including India, will continue to be banned. Saudi Arabia's Interior Minister said that now we are ready for international flights at full capacity. For fourteen months, citizens were prohibited from going out completely.

Out of these, more than one crore of 15 lakh people has been given at least one dose of vaccine. According to the new guideline, information will have to be given two weeks in advance for the journey. Permission will be given to people taking a vaccine dose, who have been corona patients in the last six months. In the coming flights, the ban on citizens of 20 countries including the US, UK, France will continue.
Know what will be the rules
Saudi Arabia will impose institutional quarantine on passengers arriving from 20 May. Certain categories of travelers will be excluded from the Quarantine, including Saudi citizens, their spouses, and children. Passengers receiving the Corona vaccine, as well as official delegations, as well as diplomats and their families living with them, will also be excluded from the quarantine. But except for vaccinated individuals, other categories will have to go through domestic quarantine regulations.
Preparations for the flight start
Saudi Arabian Airlines said it has completed preparations to operate flights from 71 airports to 71 destinations, including 28 domestic and 43 international destinations. The General Authority of Civil Aviation said that about 385 flights are expected to operate at airports across the state on Monday.
Restrictions on these countries continue
However, the government of Saudi Arabia said that travel to many Covid-affected countries, directly or through another country, without prior permission is still prohibited. These countries include India, Libya, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iran, Turkey, Armenia, Somalia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Afghanistan, Venezuela, and Belarus.
