Weather Update Today: Mercury will rise in many states of North India, Meteorological Department told us in which areas it will rain

The weather pattern is now changing in many states of North-West India. The Meteorological Department has predicted a rise in temperature in the next few days. Apart from this, the possibility of rain has also been expressed in some states.

 

In which areas will it rain and snow?

The department has informed us that a fresh western disturbance is visible on the trough line at 5.8 km above sea level. The department further said that isolated rain and snowfall are likely over Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan, and Muzaffarabad during the next four days.

 

The minimum temperature will increase

Apart from this, there is a possibility of an increase of 5 degrees in the minimum temperature in many parts of North-West India during the next 3 days. The department said that strong wind is also expected in the plains of the northwest.

 

Where and what temperature?

There is a forecast of rising mercury in the country's capital Delhi. The minimum temperature in Delhi today will be 10 degrees, while the maximum temperature will be 28 degrees Celsius. Along with this, there is also a possibility of wind blowing in the afternoon. The sky will be clear in Mumbai and the minimum temperature will be 21 degrees and the maximum temperature will be 37 degrees.

 

It will be cloudy in Chennai

The sky will also be clear in Kolkata and the minimum temperature here will be 16 degrees, while the maximum temperature will be 28 degrees. The minimum temperature in Chennai will be 20 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature will be 34 degrees Celsius. Fog in the state in the morning and later the sky will be partly cloudy.
