Sector-wise departmental presentation in front of Yogi Adityanath Cabinet 2.0 from today, 30 minutes will be available to tell 100 days action plan

The Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh is preparing sector-wise action plans to speed up the work in its second term. Today, in front of the Yogi Adityanath cabinet, all the departments will have to make a presentation about the action plan for the next 100 days. For this, they will get only 30 minutes.

 

Yogi government will test the criteria of employment, technology, development, and improvement through these 100 days action plans. The sector-wise departmental presentation will start today before the Council of Ministers on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

 

On May 5, the blueprint of the 100-day action plan of various departments was presented to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra. After the presentation, the Chief Minister had directed to make sector-wise departmental presentations by grouping various departments and forming 10 sectors.

 

To prepare action plans for sector-wise departmental presentation, the mandate was issued to all the departments on behalf of Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra. It was said that special emphasis should be given to employment generation (direct/indirect) in preparing action plans for presentation. In this, special emphasis has been given to the innovative use of technology and innovative experiments.

 

In preparing action plans, the departments will have to pay attention to women's empowerment and upliftment along with economic development. Departments will also have to focus their action plans on reforms such as Ease of Living and Ease of Doing Business. Before the presentation, the departments will also have to get their action plan approved by the departmental minister.

 

The presentation will be made to the Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary/Secretary of the department in a maximum of 30 minutes. In the first five minutes, a brief introduction to the department will have to be given. In the next five minutes, the details of the major achievements of the department during the last five years will be given. Then during the next 10 minutes, he will tell the action plan for 100 days and six months. The details of the action plan for one year, two years, and five years will be given in the last 10 minutes.

 

It is imperative to include the points of Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra in the action plan. To achieve the goals of the action plan, resource allocation, schedule and milestones have to be mentioned. For clarity in the presentation, maximum use of pictures, graphs, photos, etc. has been directed. So that it is easy to understand.
