Bhopal. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is going to form his cabinet soon in Madhya Pradesh amid Corona crisis. Sugabhughat in the capital Bhopal has intensified and cabinet claimants have camped in Bhopal. The screw on the oath of the cabinet is only now stuck on how many legislators should be sworn in as ministers in the cabinet formation in the midst of lockdown.
Sources reveal that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan wants a small cabinet right now due to the Corona crisis, while Jyotiraditya Scindia is trying to make his six supporters minister in the first phase. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has been in constant consultation with the top leaders of the party regarding the nature of the cabinet and it is believed that a final decision will be taken soon.
Cabinet will be small now! - In the first expansion of the cabinet due to the Corona crisis, only a few elected senior legislators are likely to be sworn in as cabinet ministers. In the first phase, he can take the oath of office of 8-10 senior MLAs of BJP, who has also held the responsibility of important departments in the Shivraj cabinet earlier. With this, one or two of his supporters can be made ministers from the Scindia camp in the first phase. After the Corona crisis, another major expansion of the cabinet will be given to all.
Senior BJP MLAs who are likely to become ministers in the first expansion include former leader of opposition Gopal Bhargava, senior MLAs Narottam Mishra, Bhupendra Singh, Rajendra Shukla and Rampal Singh. Along with this, Gaurishankar Bisen, Vijay Shah and Vishwas Sarang are also in the race to become ministers in the first phase itself.
Scindia supporters keep an eye - In the first expansion of Shivraj's cabinet, everyone's eyes are on who faces from the Scindia camp, which faces get a place in the cabinet. The first phase of the Cabinet expansion may include one or two faces from the Scindia camp to Tulsi Silavat, Govind Singh Rajput, Mahendra Singh Sisodia and Bisahu Lal Singh. Discussion is also on the importance that Tulsi Silavat can also be made deputy CM from Scindia camp.
Sindhiya met Shah - Jyotiraditya Scindia met Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi before the first expansion of Shivraj's cabinet. It is being told that Scindia wants to make six supporters as ministers in the first phase of his camp. At present, only one or two Scindia supporters are likely to be sworn in as ministers.
