Sapna Devi, mother of Indian T20 cricket team captain Suryakumar Yadav, prayed for the recovery of injured cricketer Shreyas Iyer along with her son on the occasion of Chhath Puja.

Sapna Devi, an embodiment of sacrifice, compassion, and forgiveness, prayed to Chhath Maiya for Shreyas during Chhath Puja at her Mumbai residence on Tuesday morning and urged others to pray for Shreyas's speedy recovery and return home from Australia.

 

 

Suryakumar's uncle, Raj Kapoor Yadav, said that Shreyas Iyer recently injured his ribs while taking an unforgettable catch during an ODI match. He is undergoing treatment in Sydney, Australia.

 

 

Suryakumar Yadav, who arrived in Australia to play a T20 match, spoke with his close friend Shreyas immediately and inquired about his health.
