
The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education's 10th and 12th board exams begin today. Students began arriving at the examination centers as early as 7:15 am. The first shift, the high school exam, began at 8:30 am. The first question paper is in Hindi.
Prior to this, candidates were greeted with a shower of flowers upon arriving at the examination center at Kali Charan Inter College in Lucknow. After checking, they were granted entry. Candidates must carry their Aadhaar card along with their admit card. Any electronic gadgets or smartwatches are prohibited.
On this occasion, Minister of State for Secondary Education Gulab Devi extended her best wishes to the candidates. She met the candidates at the Government Girls Inter College Jiyamau examination center and, while welcoming them, urged them to take the exam without stress.

She stated that in accordance with the Chief Minister's wishes, this year's examination system has been made completely technology-based and transparent. Eighteen districts have been declared sensitive, while 222 examination centers have been categorized as highly sensitive and 683 as sensitive. The Special Task Force (STF) and local intelligence units will be active at these centers throughout the examination period, and twice-daily inspections of highly sensitive centers have been ensured.
