1- Madhya Pradesh government has given one day off to the policemen to watch the film. Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra has asked the Director-General of Police to give one day's leave to the policemen to watch the film. He has said that whenever the policemen want to go to see a film with their family as per their convenience, their leave should be granted on that day. On the other hand, Congress MLA from Rajasthan Bhanwarlal Sharma has demanded to make the film 'The Kashmir Files' tax-free in the state. He said that it is necessary so that more and more people see the pain of Kashmiri Brahmins.
2- Seven states of the country have made this film tax-free. Till now, tax has been made free in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Haryana, Goa, Tripura, and Uttarakhand. At the same time, along with the BJP in Rajasthan, Congress MLAs have also demanded to make the film tax-free. There has been a jump of 325 percent in the film's earnings in three days. The screens of the film have also been increased from 600 to 2000.

Meanwhile, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, director of 'The Kashmir Files' has shared a letter from former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on Twitter. He wrote this letter to Dr. N. Mitra, a Kashmiri Pandit living in New York, on January 8, 1981. Dr. Mitra had written a letter to the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi after the sudden disappearance of her niece living in Kashmir. In response, Indira Gandhi sent him a letter. The film director shared the screenshot of the same letter of Indira Gandhi on Twitter and wrote, 'Dear Rahul Gandhi Ji, your grandmother had a different opinion.
