The pace of meeting corona patients in 15 states exceeded 5%; the Death rate is highest in Punjab

The pace of meeting Corona patients in the country is steadily increasing. There are 15 states and union territories where the rate of meeting the positive rate of patients is more than 5%. Maharashtra has the highest positivity rate of 13.2%. Besides, infectives are being identified at 11.1% in Goa, 9.3% in Nagaland, and 9.2% in Kerala.

 

Talking about the death rate, Punjab is at the forefront of this matter. About three people out of every 100 corona patients are losing their lives here. The death rate here is the highest in the country at 3.2%. Maharashtra is losing 2.4% in second place. The death rate is recorded in Sikkim at 2.2% and West Bengal at 1.8%.

More than 99% recovery in 5 states including Bihar

There is news of a relief in corona patients among the boom. There are 5 states and union territories in the country where more than 99% of patients have been cured. These include Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Odisha, and Andhra Pradesh. The highest 99.7% of patients have been cured in Arunachal Pradesh.

 

More than 14 thousand patients found in 24 hours

 

On Tuesday, 14 thousand 997 people were found corona infected across the country. 13 thousand 113 people recovered and 98 died. So far more than 1 crore 11 lakh 39 thousand people have been affected by the infection here. Of these, 1 crore 8 lakh people have been cured, while 1 lakh 57 thousand 385 patients died. There are 1 lakh 67 thousand 183 patients who are undergoing treatment.

 

Corona Updates

 

54 students have been infected with Corona at a school hostel in Karnal, Haryana. Civil Surgeon of Karnal Yogesh Kumar Sharma said on Tuesday that our teams have reached the spot. The hostel has been made a containment zone.

 

A survey has revealed that Indian women rely more on the corona vaccine. Apart from India, women living in the Philippines and some Latin American countries have expressed the highest confidence in the corona vaccine. The survey was conducted among pregnant women in 16 countries. It also included women who had children under 18 years of age. These women also agreed to get their children vaccinated. This survey was conducted by Harvard T.H. Chain was administered by the School of Public Health.

 

BJP MP from Khandwa in Madhya Pradesh, Nand Kumar Singh Chauhan died on Tuesday. He was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Gurugram on 5 February after being corona infected, where he breathed his last.

 

State of 6 states

 

1. Maharashtra

 

On Tuesday, 7,863 people in the state were found to be corona infected. 6332 people were recovered and 54 died. So far, 21 lakh 69 thousand 330 people have been affected by the infection here. Of these, 20 lakh 36 thousand 790 people have been cured, while 52 thousand 238 patients have died. There are 79 thousand 93 patients who are undergoing treatment.

 

2. Kerala

 

On Tuesday, 2,938 people were found corona infected in the state. 3512 people were recovered and 16 died. So far, 10 lakh 64 thousand 280 people have been infected. Of these, 10 lakh 12 thousand 484 people have been cured, while 4227 patients died. There are 47 thousand 274 patients who are undergoing treatment.

 

3. Madhya Pradesh

 

On Tuesday, 331 people were found corona infected in the state. 259 people were recovered. So far, 2 lakh 62 thousand 433 people have been infected. Of these, 2 lakh 55 thousand 595 people have been cured, while 3865 patients died. 2973 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

4. Rajasthan

 

On Tuesday, 102 people were found corona infected in the state. 66 people recovered. So far, 3 lakh 20 thousand 557 people have been affected by the infection here. Among them, there are 3 lakh 26 thousand 430 people who have been cured. 2787 patients died. 1340 patients are currently undergoing treatment.

 

5. Gujarat

 

On Tuesday, 454 people were found corona infected in the state. 361 people recovered. So far, 2 lakh 70 thousand 770 people have been infected. Of these, 2 lakh 63 thousand 837 people have been cured, while 4411 patients lost their lives. 2522 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

6. Delhi

 

217 new corona patients were identified on Tuesday in the country's capital Delhi. 78 people recovered. So far, 6 lakh 39 thousand 681 patients have been identified. Of these, 6 lakh 27 thousand 227 patients have been cured, while 10 thousand 911 patients died. Currently, 1543 patients are under treatment.
