Warning about the cold wave in Uttarakhand

The Meteorological Department said that a drop of 5 degrees Celsius in the minimum temperature would be recorded in the state in the next three days. The minimum temperature of Raipur was recorded at 18.9 degrees Celsius on Thursday.
