PM Modi said in a recent interview that 'he wants to alert the SC, ST, and OBC category because their reservation is being looted by keeping them in the dark.' He said 'Elections are such a time when I should warn the countrymen about this biggest danger. I am explaining to the people that this is a violation of the basic spirit of the Constitution of India and this is being done for vote bank politics. PM Modi also made a big claim about West Bengal and said that this time BJP will get bumper seats in Bengal.
PM Modi spoke on the issue of reservation based on religion
PM Modi said, 'Those who call themselves well-wishers of Dalits and tribals are their enemies. There is a glimpse of the Muslim League in his manifesto. Do you want to ruin the coming generations for vote bank politics? I am fighting for the brothers and sisters of Dalits, tribals, and other backward classes.
On the Bengal High Court's decision to cancel all OBC certificates issued after 2010, PM Modi targeted the opposition and said, 'They have a methodology. First, they started the sin of giving it to minorities by making laws in Andhra Pradesh, but they lost. The Supreme Court and the High Court rejected it because the Constitution does not allow it, so they cleverly started the backdoor game and these people made all the castes of Muslims OBC overnight and took away their rights from the OBCs. ..When the High Court's decision came, it became clear that such a big fraud was taking place, but what is even more unfortunate is that now they are also misusing the judiciary for vote bank politics... This situation will not happen in any country. This cannot be acceptable in any way.
PM Modi's big claim regarding Bengal
Regarding Bengal, PM Modi said, 'TMC is fighting for survival in the Bengal elections. In the last assembly elections, we had 3 (MLAs) and the people of Bengal took us to 80. We got a huge majority in the last elections. This time, if there is any best-performing state in the whole of India, it is going to be West Bengal. BJP is getting maximum success in West Bengal. The election there is one-sided. The public is following his lead. TMC people are upset, murders are happening continuously. BJP workers are being lodged in jails before the elections.
Mirror shown to opposition on bumper voting in Kashmir
On record voting in Kashmir, PM Modi said, 'I would like to first pray to the judiciary of the country regarding the changed situation in Kashmir. The government has a strategy to work. For that sometimes I had to shut down the internet, some NGOs went to court and that became an issue in the court. Even though I had shut down the internet for some time, today the children there say with great pride that the internet has not been shut down for 5 years. We have been getting all the facilities for the last 5 years. It hurt for a few days but it was for a good cause. It is very important to save the country from those NGOs who have started the fight relying on the courts.
He said, 'Article 370 was the agenda of only 4-5 families, it was neither the agenda of the people of Kashmir nor the agenda of the people of the country. For his benefit, he built a wall of 370 and used to say that if 370 was removed, there would be a fire. Today it has become true that after the removal of 370, there is a feeling of more unity. The feeling of belongingness is increasing among the people of Kashmir and hence its direct result is visible in elections and tourism also.
'Odisha's fortunes are about to change'
On Odisha Assembly elections, PM Modi said, 'There has been no progress in Odisha for 25 years. The biggest concern is that there is a group of people who have captured the entire system of Odisha... If Odisha comes out of those shackles, then Odisha will blossom. He said, '...Odisha has so many natural resources, it is sad to see poor people in such a rich state. The fate of Odisha is about to change… The expiry date of the present government of Odisha is 4th June.
PM Modi made this comment about Kejriwal
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has alleged that 'PM Modi decides who will go to jail'. On this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, 'It would be better if these people read the Constitution, read the laws of the country, I do not need to say anything to anyone.'
