This amount was handed over to Umar. Subsequently, they purchased over 20 quintals of NPK fertilizer worth Rs. 3 lakh from Gurugram, Nuh, and surrounding areas to prepare the IED. Furthermore, there was a financial dispute between Dr. Umar and Dr. Muzammil. Planned explosion or a desperate blast?
