Animal Park: Ranbir Kapoor is coming to dethrone Gadar 2, gives a major update on the 'Animal' sequel.

Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Tripti Dimri starrer Animal was released in 2023 and was a huge hit at the box office. At the same time, the announcement for its second part, Animal Park, was also made. Now, Ranbir has given a major update on this sequel and the third part of the franchise. Ranbir gives an update on Animal Park.

The sequel to Animal, Animal Park, is highly anticipated. Giving an update on this, Ranbir said in an interview, "The sequel is officially happening, but it will take some time in production." In a recent interview, Kapoor revealed that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is currently busy with another project, and the shooting for the sequel is not expected to begin before 2027. This development comes at a time when Kapoor is managing several big projects in his career, including Ramayana and Love and War.

 

 

The film will be made in three parts.

In an interview, Ranbir talked about the timeline of the upcoming sequel and said, "The director is currently making another film. We have to start that film in 2027. There is still some time." When asked if the script was already ready, the actor said, "He (Reddy Vanga) has only given a brief idea of ​​what he actually wants to do with the film. He wants to make it in three parts. The second part is called Animal Park."

 

 

Ranbir will be seen in a double role.

Talking about his role, Ranbir said, "It's very exciting because now I will get to play two characters, the villain and the hero. So it's a very exciting project, and the director is also very original, and I am very happy to be a part of it."

 

 

Ranbir is busy with big projects.

Currently, Ranbir is busy with some of the biggest projects of his career. He is currently working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love and War', a historical drama set in the 1960s, which also stars Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal and is slated for release in June 2026.  In the same year, he will be seen playing Lord Rama in Nitesh Tiwari's 'Ramayana: Part One'.

 

 

While the excitement for 'Animal Park' is building, Ranbir has confirmed that fans will have to wait until at least 2027 to see the next chapter.
