Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that terrorists from Pakistan had destroyed the vermillion (sindoor) of our mothers and sisters. We destroyed those terrorist hideouts. Our brave soldiers brought Pakistan to its knees in the blink of an eye. The nation and the world witnessed how a Pakistani Jaish terrorist tearfully recounted his plight. This is a new India, not afraid of anyone's nuclear threats. It enters homes and kills.

 

The foundation stone was laid for the country's first PM Mitra Park in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh.

On Wednesday, the Prime Minister laid the foundation stone for the country's first PM Mitra Park (Prime Minister Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel Park) in Bhainsola, in the tribal-dominated Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh, and launched the "Healthy Women - Strong Family" campaign across the country. On this occasion, he said that there are four pillars of a developed India: women, youth, the poor, and farmers. Today, this program has worked to inject new energy into all four pillars.

 

"Make sure you get tested at health camps," PM Modi said.

He said that if a mother falls ill, the entire family collapses. Therefore, several schemes have been launched for the good health of mothers and sisters. Under the "Healthy Women, Empowered Family" campaign, ensure you get tested at health camps being held across the country until October 2nd. Testing will be free, and medicines will also be provided. The government treasury is not more valuable than the health of mothers and sisters.

 

Six PM Mitra Parks to be opened in the country

Referring to the PM Mitra Park, he said that a major industrial initiative is taking place in Dhar today. This park will invigorate India's textile industry. Farmers will receive fair prices for their produce, and a large number of youth will find employment. Six more such parks will be opened across the country. The government is working on a "Five-F" vision for the textile industry. The first is farm, the second is fiber, the third is factory, the fourth is fashion, and the fifth is foreign. If our products are made cheaper here, they will also compete with competitors in the global market.

 

Buy only what is Indian, shopkeepers should put up signs saying "Swadeshi" (indigenous)

Prime Minister Modi, while urging the countrymen to adopt Swadeshi, said that GST rates are being reduced from September 22nd, the first day of Navratri. Whatever the countrymen buy should be indigenous. This is essential for a self-reliant India. The dream of a developed India will also be fulfilled through self-reliance.

 

State governments should also launch campaigns for Swadeshi. Every shop should have a sign saying, "Say with pride, this is indigenous." Whatever the countrymen buy should reflect the sweat of Indians and the fragrance of the country's soil.

 

A 46-minute address focused solely on development and women's health and safety

PM Modi focused his 46-minute address on national defense, development, self-reliance, and women's health. He did not mention the Congress or Rahul Gandhi. He also appealed to the Chief Ministers and Governors of various states, who were connected online, to adopt Swadeshi. The Prime Minister arrived at the stage from the helipad in an open vehicle, greeting the people.

 

NGOs organized blood donation camps at 7,000 locations across the country.

On the 75th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the non-governmental organization (NGO) Akhil Bharatiya Terapanth Yuvak Parishad (ABYP) organized a blood donation drive on Wednesday. The goal was to collect 300,000 units of blood in a single day and set a new world record.

 

Amit Jain, All India General Secretary of the ABYP, stated that as part of the Blood Donation Amrit Mahotsav 2.0, blood donation camps were organized at 7,000 locations across India.

 

He added that, in collaboration with Indian embassies, blood donation camps were also organized in 70 countries, including several African countries, the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Australia, and Nepal.

 

It is noteworthy that the ABYP set a world record for collecting the most blood in a single day in 2022, with 250,000 units. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav donated blood at Anuvrat Bhavan in Delhi. Union Minister of State for Health Anupriya Patel and Union Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Mansukh Mandaviya also visited the camp.
