A very painful accident happened in Haryana. Truck and pickup collided in Jind. In this, six people on the pickup died on the spot, while 17 people were seriously injured. All those who died are said to be from the same family. All were returning from Haridwar after immersing in the ashes after the death of the head of the family.
A painful accident took place on Tuesday morning near village Kandela on the Jind-Chandigarh road. The truck and the pickup collided. The collision was so strong that the sound was heard in the surrounding village as well. All are said to be residents of village Narnaund in Hisar district.
The injured told that Pyare Lal, a resident of village Narnaud in Hisar district, had died recently. On Monday, the family members went to Haridwar to immerse the ashes in a pickup vehicle. When Narayan was returning from Haridwar on Tuesday morning, the pickup collided with a truck going from Jind to Kaithal near village Kandela. The front part of the pickup was completely damaged in the accident. The Dial 112 team reached the spot and the injured were admitted to the Civil Hospital. Where doctors declared 6 dead while 17 injured are being treated at the civil hospital.

The Sadar police station in charge Dinesh Kumar told that the accident happened in a face-to-face collision. All the injured have been brought to the hospital. The driver fled after leaving the truck on the spot after causing the accident. The truck has been seized.
