This time the UP Board examination started on 22nd February and continued till 9th March. The entire examination was conducted in 12 days. After that, the work of evaluation of copies continued from 16 to 31 March across the state. There was also some disruption due to the death of a teacher during the evaluation.
Despite this, the evaluation process did not stop. After the evaluation was completed within the stipulated time, the result started being prepared. After preparing the results in two weeks, the marks of the toppers were rechecked. After this process was completed, the Secretary of the UP Board informed the government about this. As soon as the consent was received from the government, the announcement of releasing the results was made on Saturday.
55 lakh students included
55,23,308 students had registered for the UP Board exam in the academic year 2023-24. Of these, 29,47,311 students of class 10th and 25,77,997 students of class 12th were included. 3,24,008 students have left the examination during the examination.
Let us tell you that UP Board is once again going to break its record in releasing the results. Last year the result was released on April 25. This time the result will come five days before that. The result will be announced at 2 pm on Saturday. It can be seen on the official website of the Secondary Education Council.
Apart from this, students can also check their results on the result portal. First of all, to see the result, students can register on the result portal. Notification will be sent to you as soon as the results are released.
UP Board has been continuously making records in releasing the results for the last few years. The result for session 2022-23 came on 25 April. That result was also a record in itself. But the board had already made preparations to break that record also.
From examining to evaluating the copies, a record was already created. The examination and evaluation work was completed in 12 days each. The board had to put in a lot of effort to get this process done within the stipulated period.
Board Secretary Dibyakant Shukla said that strict arrangements were made to examine without cheating. Each center was being monitored from the regional office and the control room at the headquarters. If negligence was found at any level, immediate rectification was done there. Therefore this time the exam was flawless.
Many officers were deployed to monitor such evaluations. He was also monitored from the control room. Action was also taken against negligent teachers. It was challenging to evaluate in such a short time.
When were the results released in the past?
The result for session 2022-23 was released on 25 April. Before that, the result was declared on 18th June 2022, 31st of July 2021, 27th of June 2020, 27th April 2019, and 29th April 2018.
Result of UP after Bihar
Bihar Board results were first declared across the country on the 23rd and 31st March. After that now UP Board result is coming on Saturday. The results of other state boards will be released in the next few days. CBSE results will come in the first week of May
