Exactly one month after the consecration of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Varanasi tonight to give a gift to the people of Kashi. During his 18-hour stay in Kashi, PM Modi will sound the election trumpet by addressing public meetings in Seergovardhan and Karkhiyaanv on 23 February. Apart from this, the statue of Saint Shiromani Ravidas will be unveiled and people will pay obeisance to him and langar will also be served in the company.
Before addressing the public meeting at Seer Govardhan, he will also interact with the winners of MP Sports, Photography, Knowledge, and Sanskrit competitions by awarding them prizes at Swatantra Bhawan of BHU. In the afternoon, at Karkhiyaanv in Pindra, PM Modi will gift 36 projects worth Rs 14316.07 crore to Purvanchal including the Amul plant. These include the inauguration of 23 projects worth Rs 10972 crore and the laying of foundation stone of 13 projects worth Rs 3344.07 crore.
The Prime Minister will come to Varanasi from Surat late at night on 22 February. Overnight stay in Bareka's guest house. Preparations have been made for a grand welcome of PM Modi from the airport to Bareka Guest House. On February 23, the PM will visit Ravidas Temple located at Seer Govardhan. Will meet Sant Niranjan Das. PM Modi will address the public meeting here and unveil the 25-foot-tall statue of Sant Ravidas.
Later, PM Banas will inaugurate the Kashi Complex in the industrial area of Karkhianv. Amul will also distribute dividends to the farmers associated with Plant Banas Dairy. Will lay the foundation stone of 13 projects including BHEL's Advanced Research and Manufacturing Plant. Will inaugurate 23 projects.
Communication with the beneficiaries before the public meeting of Karkhiyav
PM Modi will reach Karkhiyaanv in the afternoon for a public meeting on the land of BHEL's proposed plant. Before this, he will visit the Amul plant and learn about the experiences of Gir cow herders. Will inaugurate the exhibition of BHEL and interact with the beneficiaries of various schemes of the government. At this stage, he will give certificates to those getting employment in Lekhpal, ANM, and other departments. Will distribute tags to authorized users of GI products in Purvanchal and equipment to elderly disabled people.
