Vikas Dubey, a gangster who killed 8 policemen in Bikaru village in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur district, is out of police custody for the fourth day. 100 teams of police have been pressed in search of him. On the other hand, the investigation has revealed that the mobile CCTV of the village was connected to the mobile of Richa, wife of Vikas. Whenever the police caught Vikas, she used to make the clip viral so that the police could not encounter it. Not only this, she used to see the activity there on mobile. Police investigation has revealed that Vikas's wife Richa is a district panchayat member. He was aware of all the good and bad works of development. This is the reason why she lived with children in Lucknow despite being a member of the Zilla Panchayat of the area. She did not want her children or herself to suffer as a result of the wrong deeds of development.

Police investigation has revealed that Richa has gone viral on 2 occasions with photos and videos of her husband's arrest. The first case is of 2017, when the police arrested Vikas from a house in Bikaru village. The second case is of 2019. When he attacked cousin Anurag Dubey from jail itself. After this, when he came out of jail, the police came to question him in another case. Vikas had installed CCTV for the same purpose that he should have evidence when arrested and the police could not encounter him.

A case of extortion and intimidation has been registered against Vikas and his brother Deep Prakash at Krishnanagar Kotwali, Lucknow. Ambassador car recovered from Deep Prakash's house was bought by a person named Vineet Pandey at auction. Vikas had forcibly picked up the car bought at auction, threatening Vineet. The police have registered a case only on Vineet's complaint.

 

 

13 people detained for 10 hours in Sitapur

 

 

Police arrested 13 people, including BSP leader Anupam Dubey, on suspicion of being close to Vikas. The police questioned these people for 10 hours. Police did not find any concrete evidence during the investigation. All those who were detained were found to be legitimate. During the vehicle checking, the BSP leader was taken into custody by the police from the Sitapur-Hardoi border. 9 luggage and large quantities of cartridges were recovered from 13 people on two luxury trains. Now everyone has left after questioning.
