First, it is decided who is to be sent to jail, then a fake case is made against him. are about to be arrested. Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has recommended a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the Excise Policy 2021-22 of the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal-led government for alleged violation of rules and process lapses. Sisodia is the head of the Excise Department of the Delhi Government. Officials said on Friday that the recommendation for a CBI probe has been made based on the report submitted by the Delhi Chief Secretary earlier this month. The report reveals violations of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) Act 1991, Business Transactions Rules-1993, Delhi Excise Act 2009, and Delhi Excise Rules 2010.
