Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain for two to three days in Jharkhand, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura. The Meteorological Department has said that there is a possibility of rain and thundershowers in isolated parts of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Konkan, Goa. Apart from this, rain is also expected in the Coastal Ghats areas of Gujarat, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu.

The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in Uttarakhand's Dehradun, Chamoli, Bageshwar, Uttarkashi, and Rudraprayag due to the possibility of very heavy rains today.
