Apart from Delhi-NCR, many states including Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Haryana, and Mumbai are facing severe heat. In Delhi-NCR, Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Rajasthan, the temperature has reached above 40 degrees Celsius. Heatwave conditions are likely to prevail over South Haryana, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh from April 6 to 10, while in Gujarat, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh during the next three days.
