Weather Update: Temperature may cross 40 degrees in two days, Meteorological Department issued a warning regarding heatwave

Anticyclone is still present over Rajasthan and Gujarat. In the place where this cyclone has formed, the temperature has increased significantly. Due to this, due to the hot winds coming from Gujarat, the maximum temperature is continuously increasing in the entire Madhya Pradesh. Heatwave warning for Saurashtra, Kutch, and Konkan in Gujarat and Maharashtra and Rajasthan and Coastal Karnataka. The temperature in Delhi NCR is expected to increase further this week. On Tuesday, there will be strong sunshine throughout the day, the temperature can go up to 34 degrees. By Saturday, the maximum is forecast to reach 36 while the minimum will reach 18 degrees.

 

Meteorological Department issued a warning regarding heatwave in Mumbai

 

With the rapid rise in temperature in Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra, heatwave conditions can occur at any time. On March 15 and 16, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding the effect of a heatwave (Loo) in Thane, Raigad, Palghar, Sindhudurg, and Ratnagiri districts including Mumbai. During these two days, the Meteorological Department has advised coming out of the house only when necessary. Regarding the heatwave, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, and Raigad on March 15, while a yellow alert has been issued for these districts on March 16. The yellow alert will remain for Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg on both days.

 

Heat will increase in the capital Delhi

 

The temperature in the national capital Delhi has risen to 33 degrees Celsius. It will increase further over the next two days. The minimum temperature will also increase along with the maximum. The maximum temperature on Monday was recorded at 33 degrees Celsius. It is 4 °C above normal. The minimum temperature reached 17 degrees Celsius. This is one degree Celsius above normal. The humidity level in the air remains 37 to 94 percent. The sky will be clear on Tuesday. The heat will be more intense. The maximum temperature may remain at 34 and the minimum at 18 degrees Celsius.
