Nayab Singh Saini will be the next Chief Minister of Haryana, approval given in the legislative party meeting; Will take oath at 5 pm

BJP has changed leadership in Haryana. After the resignation of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, Kurukshetra MP Nayab Saini has been elected the new leader in the BJP Legislature Party meeting in Chandigarh.

Naib Saini was unanimously elected as the leader of the legislative party in front of state in-charge Biplab Kumar Deb along with Arjun Munda and Tarun Chugh, who reached the BJP legislative party meeting as a central observer. Naib Saini will take oath as the new Chief Minister at 5 pm. CM Manohar Lal has also congratulated him by giving him a bouquet.

BJP has played the backward class card just before the Lok Sabha elections. Even after changing the nine-and-a-half-year-old Chief Minister Manohar Lal, the BJP has given the message politically that BJP will stick to non-Jat politics in the state.

PM Modi had called Manohar Lal an old friend

In the rally organized on the occasion of the inauguration of the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram on Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi described Manohar Lal as his old friend. Modi had described Manohar Lal as his companion at the time of carpet laying. After this change, it is believed that Manohar Lal may get a bigger responsibility in the central organization of BJP.

BJP MP from Karnal Sanjay Bhatia, who came out of the legislative party meeting, said, "It is difficult for anyone to reach the line that former CM Manohar Lal has drawn in the politics of Haryana. Manohar Lal has given a better plan for the people of the state. Facilities have been provided. No one can reach here."
