According to the Indian Meteorological Department, once again a low-pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal, whose effect is visible in many states.

Talking about the hilly states, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rains in Uttarakhand on August 24, Jammu and Kashmir on August 24, and Himachal Pradesh on August 24, and 25. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, Arunachal Pradesh will receive very heavy rains on August 26 and 27. Apart from this, heavy rain is expected in Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura for the next five days.
Heavy rain alert in these districts of Madhya Pradesh
According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), the rain will continue in some districts of Madhya Pradesh in the next 24 hours. The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for Ujjain, Indore, and Rajgarh. There is a possibility of light and heavy rain in Indore for the next 3-4 days.
