The case has been registered based on the PCR call of Assistant Sub Inspector Jitendra Singh. According to the FIR, the preliminary investigation by the police found that Sushil Kumar and his associates had carried out the incident.
Sushil Kumar is a two-time Olympic medalist and is currently missing.
According to the media report, the Delhi Police has also issued a Look Out Circular against the wrestler Sushil and they are being searched.
