Vrinda Dinesh is out of the entire tournament of WPL 2024, replacement announced

The UP Warriors team has suffered a big setback in the Women's Premier League 2024. The player on whom UP Warriors had spent crores of rupees in the WPL 2024 auction, has been ruled out of the entire tournament due to injury. This star player is none other than Vrinda Dinesh, who was signed by the team for Rs 1.8 crore.

 

Women's Premier League informed on its official account that Vrinda Dinesh of UP Warriors team is out of the entire season. Vrinda was injured in the match against Mumbai Indians on 28 February, due to her shoulder injury she is not in a position to play the entire season. In such a situation, UP Warriors included wicketkeeper-batsman Uma Chhetri in their team.

 

Let us tell you that UP Warriors have made Uma Chhetri a part of their team at the base price of Rs 10 lakh. Recently Uma played for India A against England A and was also a part of the victorious India A Emerging team that won the ACC Emerging Women's Asia Cup 2023.
